This notice provides additional information for certain U.S. privacy laws that apply to "consumer health data" (health-related information). This notice supplements the Privacy Policy.
Categories of consumer health data we collect/process
- ECG recordings and health measurements you import from Apple Health/HealthKit.
- Derived metrics calculated in the App (for example intervals and waveform measurements).
- Notes, tags, or labels you add about a recording.
- Limited analytics and diagnostics information that may relate to app usage (TelemetryDeck) and stability (Sentry). We do not send ECG waveforms, measurement values, or free-text notes to TelemetryDeck, and we do not intentionally include such content in Sentry.
Purposes of processing
- To provide the App’s core functionality (importing, viewing, analyzing, and organizing your ECG records).
- To improve the App, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability (analytics and crash reporting).
- To manage paid features and subscriptions (App Store billing and entitlement validation).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Sources of consumer health data
- Directly from you (for example notes and exports).
- From Apple Health/HealthKit when you authorize access.
- From your device/OS in connection with diagnostics (for example crash logs and device information).
Sharing of consumer health data
We do not sell consumer health data. We share limited information with service providers to operate and improve the App:
- Apple (HealthKit and App Store): for HealthKit access and subscription billing.
- RevenueCat: to manage subscription entitlements and validate purchase status.
- TelemetryDeck: to process privacy-focused usage analytics.
- Sentry: to process crash reports and diagnostics.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, or withdraw consent related to your consumer health data.
- You can delete imported records and notes within the App.
- You can revoke HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings.
